The Master Judge of the Lower Depths is an ancient powerful demon lord resides in Hell .Accessed by the River Styx he keeps tracks of new arrivels to the Lower Planes. To keep track he created a book called The Fatal Book which has the name of every person that will arrive in Hell. Only once in a millennium has he erased a name from the book and that was Captain America (Steve Rogers). He won his freedom after battling the Red Skull .He returned as Captain America to the land of the living .
