McMurphy is one of the Great Khans hired by Benny to kill the Courier in Goodsprings.
McMurphy is shown to be a fierce warrior, able to fight off several Fiends when the group is attacked during their travels. He is also a firm believers of a proper Great Khan burial after the death of Chance. McMurphy is present when the Courier is incapacitated by Benny and helps bury him in the Goodsprings cemetery.
McMurphy eventually dies in Boulder City after sustaining injuries from an unknown incident, he can be seen lying dead on a mattress when the Courier attempts to defuse the situation between the NCR and Great Khans in Boulder City.
