Mecha Max

 

Mecha Max is a unique cyborg in that he has psychic powers that work on humans and machines. He is able to produce convincing illusions, communicate telepathically, track minds, and even determine exactly what happened in an area just by looking around. Aside from his psychic abilities, Mecha Max is also a skilled fighter. His mastery of martial arts is something he had before becoming a cyborg but it was enhanced further by the process. His cyborg body also grants him superhuman speed, strength and durability as well as weapons such as whips and guns.
