Medea Souvlakis was a suburban housewife who one day snapped and killed her children. After pleading insanity, she was recruited by Godcorp to serve as an assassin. She was assigned to kill Destroyer Duck, who was badly wounded in the struggle and barely escaped with his life; during the battle, she murdered two police officers in broad daylight in front of many witnesses. With her subsequent arrest, Godcorp disavowed any responsibility for her activities, instead issuing a public statement regretting the failure of their “rehabilitation program.”
Powers and Weapons
Medea’s weapons of choice were two barbecue forks, which she was capable of throwing with deadly accuracy. As a back-up weapon, her hair curlers concealed darts coated with a debilitating toxin. Even unarmed, she was a formidable hand-to-hand combatant.
