Michael Blute

Origin

Michael Blute is one of six brothers Blute. Originally led by Sam, Michael and his brothers Steve, Pete, Jimmy and Nicholas killed Sam. Sam’s daughter, upon discovering the foul play through letters from her mother, faked her own death and came back years later to take revenge as Jennifer Blood.

Creation

Michael Blute is created by writer Garth Ennis and artist Adriano Batista.

Major Story Arcs

Jessica Blute disguises herself at night as Jennifer Blood. Armed and fully planned, she goes after her uncles one by one. Michael is the first to die. She kills her uncle during a shady car deal at the harbor at night. She writes “Jennifer Blood” on the containers to give her uncles a warning sign for her other uncles.
