Michael was an openly corrupt detective who used to work for Jimmy Blute. He was partnered with Elaine Pruitt, who despised him due to his corruptness.
Major Story Arcs
Michael Fulsom was assigned to the case of Jennifer Blood, along with Elaine Pruitt. While following up a lead, Michael was caught up in an explosion which killed him and Jack Thomas, and also injuring Elaine.
