Brief History
Michael Rossi trained Carol Danvers in the Air Force and the two had a romantic affair. He used to work with Professor Xavier and the X-Men.  During X-Men #96 Colonel Rossi discovered the plans of Steven Lang with the Project Armageddon and the Sentinels and then was almost killed. Then in Uncanny X-Men #182 he discovered that Sebastian Shaw and the Hellfire Club have bad intentions and tries to warn up the X-Men, but is caught by SHIELD doblecrossing agents and is saved by a confused Rogue who thinks she was Carol.
