After the Punisher burned the Bar With No Name during Stilt-Man‘s wake, it was re opened and Michael Watts managed to acquire Stilt-Man’s suit thanks to the Tinkerer. The want to form a Stilt-Man crew.
They fight in order to know who will lead this gang as the new Stilt-Man and eventually, after they are betrayed by Travis Butler, the rest of the crew vote for Michael.
He tries his new suit and clumsily walks around the Bar, under the eye of the Punisher who is ready to spare him, because he is just stupid, not guilty… yet.
