Micro-Face

After Tom Woods loses his brother to the gunfire of gangsters, he promises to avenge his death and becomes the costumed crime fighter known as Micro-Face.  

Not because he has a little bitty face, the Micro stands for microphone, like the powerful one he has in the helmet he designs to fight crime in. 

Along with being able to project his voice and broadcast over the radio Tom also has attachments that act as a hearing-amplifier, and “photoelectric lenses” that give him something like x-ray vision for some reason.
