After Mr. Immortal‘s breakup with Big Bertha due to his alcoholism, Mr. Immortal asked Mike to bury him for at least a year so that he could have some time alone to figure out what he wanted out of his life. Mr. I even told Mike not to let him up no matter what he said. Mike would bring him water every week which he filtered down to him through a pipe stuck through the ground. Although, Mr. I and Mike count each other as friends, Mike is not very patient as he does not wait long before pouring the water after alerting Mr. Immortal, nor does he stay around to talk.
