Mike Walsh

Detective Mike Walsh first comes across Katchoo when he pulls her in over a dispute. While in custody she restrains a lecherous guard with a vicious nose hold. When he sees the similar result on the badly beaten body of a P.I. she is his first call. From there he gets an insight into the parker girls and their methods. 
 
He befriends Katchoo and she uses his help to free Francine from Samantha, Darcy and Bambi. With mutual respect he gives Katchoo her CIA file which shows what they know about her and her activities for the parker girls including the photographs of the senator. The photographs are a great source of shame to Katchoo but she keeps them. 
 
He becomes infatuated with taking down the parker girls and their corruption in general as he finds out how wide spread it is.Later he aids Francine by going to New York and trying to extract the kidnapped and blackmailed Katchoo from the clutches of the parker girls plot to take down another senator. He even dresses as a pizza delivery man to get close to her.
