The daughter of Bianca and Berto Reyes, sister to Jaime Reyes. Milagro loves her brother and has a close relationship to her family. She and her parents even knows his secret identity. Knowing this has allowed her to meet several other superheros, such as Guy Gardner, whom she identified as ‘the crazy one’.
