Milan was created by Scott Lobdell and John Romita Jr in 1993 and first appeared in Uncanny X-Men # 300.
History
Francisco Milan joined the second incarnation of the Acolytes. He died, along with a number of his fellow Acolytes when Avalon, their starbase, was assaulted by Holocaust.
Powers & Abilities
Electropathy: the ability to psionically transfer mental impulses like thoughts into cognitive electromagnetic imagery. These images are commonly filtered through imaging devices (T.V.’s, viewscreens or monitors). This extends to an ability to communicate directly with computers.
