Uncannily good at numbers and statistics, Milo was able to predict the outcomes of sporting events and generated government encryption codes. He was “enlisted” by the government to work for them.

Major Story Arcs
After some time being in the government’s custody, Milo eventually meets and falls in love with Domino, his guard. The two are crazy for each other, but Domino eventually leaves to follow some greater path in life. Milo continues to work through the years until he is abducted by Donald Pierce, who wants to turn him into a cyborg in a Weapon X facility.
With the cyborg process 60% complete, Domino arrives and thwarts Donald Pierce’s plans. Milo expresses that his chances of survival are slim, and he dies in the explosion that destroys the Weapon X facility.
