When Magog was attacking a Flashpoint base of operations, the JSA were alerted believing him to be organizing a mass jailbreak. Mind Czar appeared with Dr.Sivana as well as a group of prisoners to attack the Justice Society of America who had arrived to stop Magog. After the fight had ceded, Mind Czar managed to escape, and began plotting against Magog.
