Mind Master

Brief History

While battling Black Panther and Daredevil in an abandoned research lab, mob heavy Ruffio Costa is thrown into some old machinery and becomes Mind Master. He instantly had a costume and new powers. His career was short lived when he ran out of brain power and Black Panther knocked him out and he reverted to his old self.
