Mindfuck possesses telepathic powers which enable her to read thoughts, speak telepathically and even see through the eyes of others. She does the latter, as well as communicate telepathically, because her brother used his own psychic abilities to coerce her into removing her own tongue and eyes, making her blind and unable to verbally communicate. He did so, in the hopes she would become a more powerful telepath.
