Origin
Very little is known about Mirror Monarch. At some point in his life he joined the police, and became a founding member of the Reverse Flash Task Force, otherwise known as the Renegades.
Creation
Mirror Monarch was created by Geoff Johns and Francis Manapul. He is closely based on Mirror Master. He made his first appearance in The Flash #1
Major Story Arcs
The Dastardly Death of the Rogues
Mirror Monarch is killed and dumped in the 21st century, apparently by Barry Allen. It is later revealed he was killed by the Top as part of an elaborate plot to draw attention away from a murder committed by his ancestor.
Powers and Abilities
Mirror Monarch has no known superhuman powers or abilities. He is a police officer, and presumably received training in detection, as well as armed and unarmed combat. He is also skilled in the use of future technology, including time travel.
Weapons and Equipment
Mirror Monarch carries a mirror gun that presumably allows him to create and manipulate mirrors to a variety of effects, including allowing people to pass through them, the generation of illusions, and communication. Like the other Renegades he has access to time platforms, which allow him to travel through time, and to fly.
