Origin
Very little is known about Miss Tiphani. At some point she began working with El Gusano, and became romantically involved with him.
Creation
Miss Tiphani was created by Keith Giffen, Tom Bierbaum, and Mary Bierbaum. She made her first appearance in The Heckler #1.
Major Story Arcs
The Heckler
Following El Gusano’s defeat at the hands of the Heckler and subsequent imprisonment, Miss Tiphani attempts to extort his boss, Boss Glitter, to continue providing the lifestyle to which she has accustomed. Their discussion is interrupted by the plot of the Generic Man. Her fate is unknown.
