Mister Glitch and Tector are brothers who were hired by Bushman to take surveillance and collect information on Marc Spector (a.k.a. Moon Knight). Although their base of operations is Manhattan, they talk with a Southern accent suggesting they are not natives of New York. When Bushman’s base is stormed by Moon Knight, Mister Glitch is last seen pulling his brother Tector away in fear of being confronted by Moon Knight.
