Mistral is one of Mr. North’s many attendants. He is shown to be very loyal and kind to his master. But he and the others aren’t above playing a few harmless pranks on Mr. North. An example would be a year of the cubs‘ birthdays, they poured a bucket of water on his head for fun. He and the others were also very determined to protect Mr. North’s family from the other Wind’s judgement and possible act of cruelty.
