Modular Lass, also know as Modula, was one of the founding members of the Quantum League. When she was young, she and her father saw how a group fo alien terrorists tried to detonate a bomb on an stadium. As her father tried to take her outside to protect her, Ginna choose to stay and try to fight the terrorists. There, with the help of other two superpowered teenagers., defeated the terrorists. Together they founded the Quantum League, a team than recruited superpowered teenagers from other planets in a large team. Ginna even had an affair with his teammate Gravity Lad, the other founder.
For her role in the story, she is an analog of Saturn Girl but visually she is more similar to Shadow Lass.
