Origin
As a child, Moist had unnaturally dry skin. Everyone was disgusted by it, so Moist’s father resolved to cure Moist’s skin condition. On a trip to the Soviet Union he picked up a uranium-powered humidifier. He turned it on and left it in Moist’s room overnight. When Moist awoke, he was changed. His skin was no longer dry…it was damp! Disgustingly so!

Major Story Arcs
Moist works as Dr. Horrible’s henchman, driving the get-away car and administering antidotes as needed.
Powers and Abilities
Moist is able to make things damp, moist, or slimy. At his most evil, he makes people want to take a shower.
