Mortius is an alien/human hybrid from the planet Elysia. He looks like an orange and white colored cat-man with almost black mustache, goatee, and long hair. He is the last descendant of the 70s-era super-villain Dr. Phineas J. Ex-Mortis.
He was transported to Earth along with his enemy Lana by a device constructed by his ancestor Dr. Ex-Mortis. He escaped capture and fled to Fortress Kia, which he took over. Upon initial exposure to the Internet, he was easily distracted from his evil plans by various online games. With the help of Gina, Britanny, Avenger, and Agency Zero, Lana pursued him and managed to capture him.
Like all descendants of Ex-Mortis, Mortius possesses nanomachines in his blood called Doll-Ex. These nanomachines allow him to reconstruct the matter of any small simple item into a tech-weapon or tech-tool. These nanomachines also drive him to pursue the same degree of evil mad science as the original Dr. Ex-Mortis.
