History
The god King Kolah is the “remnant of an extinct civilization whose teachings proclaim the violent destruction of evil and injustice.”
Based in Washington DC, Mr E has a statue of the god in a secret chamber in his home. Whenever a crime occurs, the god would give Mr E a vision to help solve the crime and spit out a dozen or so eagles that would turn into tiny little men and Mr E suits up to fight crime.
Helping him are magical elves known as the “messengers of Kolah” that are sent forth by the god.
Powers
Mr E has no powers of his own but carried a standard revolver.
