The greatest special effects artist in the world, who was kidnapping people to use as props in his monster creations because it made them look so convincingly lifelike. He wears a mask on his face as a disguise.
Creation
Although Mr. FX only appeared in one issue, it was hinted that this mysterious person would return in the series later. This however never happened as the series ended with issue 33.
