Mr. Incognito, was the mysterious masked mastermind of Gotham City’s underworld until the Dynamic Duo and the GCPD raided his headquarters and broke down his syndicate.
After his defeat, Mr Incognito is approached by Elwood Pearson,an ambitious member of the paparazzi, who offers to sell a photograph that reveals the true identities of Batman and Robin. Mr. Incognito eventually sees the photograph but is unable to recognize the faces of Bruce Wayne or Dick Grayson, and is then later caught and sent to jail for his Criminal Enterprise.
