Mr Referee is the official referee of all Medabot battles Riverview, Ikki’s hometown. Since the World Medabots Federation are watching all Medafighters all over the world to pick the top three Medafighters of each country, Mr. Referee has to make sure that these fights are clean and he also has the authority to punish anyone who breaks the rules of “robattles.” Mr Referee loves his job and is more than happy to risk his own life to be present whenever someone robattles and has permission to go and be anywhere he is needed with authority from the World Medabots Federation. He was once selected to be the official referee of the world championship which is a HUGH honor.
Weapons and Abilities
Mr Referee has the authority to enter any building or areas that would normally be secure areas if he has to be present at a match. He also has the authority to deem who wins a Medabot fight, if they deserve to get points, if the match should be stopped or who should get penalties.
Mr Referee also seem to be quite athletic and has evaded getting killed in harsh environments or burning buildings.
Mr Referee does not robattle himself, but he commands a ninja-type Medabot that is attached to a satellite in space. If he wants to punish someone for breaking the rules during a match he can send the Medabot a signal who will then locate said cheater and shoot a dart at the rule-breaker from space, knocking him or her unconscious.
