Mr Spook is the hero of Beanworld. Seriously – that’s his job title. He carries a fork. He is not a a Bean. He comes from a far off place but was sent to Beanworld to be their hero when Mr. Teach’m discovered that Beanworld did not have a hero. He doesn’t remember his origin. He leads the beans in their chow raids. Yes, it is a bit odd.
But if you are unfamiliar with Beanworld, it’s worth a look. It’s truly a most peculiar comic experience.
