Nothing is known about Mrs Forthwright. At some point she joined up with PC Rabid.
Creation
Mrs Forthwright was created by Keith Giffen, Tom Bierbaum, and Mary Bierbaum. She made her first appearance in The Heckler #4.

The Heckler
Mrs Forthwright is invited by PC Rabid to join in some very politically correct sex. Either as a result of the act, or immediately afterward, she is killed.
