Muti was created by Jordie Bellaire, Leonardo Romero and Sam Spratt. Making his non-visible appearance in Shuri issue 1 (2019), then making his first full appearance in Shuri Issue 9 (2019).

Xabbu’s mutant power is the tactile/remote assimilation with any and all mechanical energy forms. Whether it is technology, biology, energy, etc. he can hack and interact with any to all mechanized functioning be it natural or artificial in design. Muti is just as adept as manipulate and send information in email’s just by thinking it. Be could bypass just about anything mechanical and use it as a communications device via properly supplied energy output, e.i. turning an electric lighting or a simple wristwatch into a speaker system to broadcast communications over. He could even temporarily control the neuroelectirc function of a living brain, even alien ones like that of a Space Lubber, temporarily at least.
