Origin
Mzee was born in an Ethiopian village. When he was a child, Magneto‘s henchmen attacked his village and slaughtered everyone. Mzee escaped by hiding in an oil drum.
Creation
Mzee was created by writer Rick Remender and artist John Cassaday. He first appeared in the story “New Union” in Uncanny Avengers #1 (Oct. 2012).
