In the American Flagg universe, the Plex controls all news and information through their Fasfax news and documentary channels. In the greater Chicago area, Nadine Domeczek is the news anchor for Fasfax, and as such usually appears as a talking head over the news broadcasts which are ubiquitous throughout the Plexmall.
In the comics, the Fasfax broadcast pages usually serve to recap the storyline to date, a stylistic approach that was largely ignored after Howard Chaykin left the series.
