Naked Blue Girl debuted in the Lethargic Universe impersonating The No Mutants; part of a plan to attack Lethargic Lad. Although the plan failed, The No Mutants were so happy to have an arch enemy, they asked Naked Blue Girl not to focus on Lethargic Lad and to be the official No Mutants villain. Naked Blue Girl accepted this request.
Naked Blue Girl did attempt to infiltrate the Lethargic Lads. However, after Lethargic Lad took Naked Blue Girl and the other Lethargic Lads out for ice cream cones, to a petting zoo and a water slide, she could not allow Evil Smiley Face Guy to spring his trap.
