A sentient, robotic vessel that acts as an intergalactic mercenary. Naxx can reassemble himself and adapt to opponents. Naxx was sent to Makkor by the alien race of Akors to attack their enemies the Makkorans. Both Supergirl and Salkor thought that they destroyed Naxx. Naxx rejuvinated into a new form and went to Earth to attack Salkor and Superman in the Fortress of Solitude. Once again Naxx was defeated and his body parts were sent to different parts of space to prevent them from reforming Naxx into another form.
