A crime boss, who Falcon doesn’t particularly like, who was atacking his own construction site. He was first confronted by Sergeant Tork, but then Falcon interfered after Tork’s gun did no damage to him. He beats Falcon in their first battle but then is later beat after getting his suit damaged.
