Neon Queen along with Crystal Man, the Planet and his brother Kid Dynamo are members of Mystery Incorporated, a team that was created by Alan Moore as an homage to the Fantastic Four. In the story written by Alan Moore, Mystery Incorporated have their own comic book detailing their numerous adventures and, sadly, this is where Neon Queen learns she’s the least popular among her teammates. She expresses discontent when fanmail from young readers want her to quit the group.
