Origin
Very little is known about Neville. A native of Delta City, he once went on a disappointing date with the Minx. He also became a petty criminal at some point in his life.
Creation
Neville was created by Keith Giffen, Tom Bierbaum, and Mary Bierbaum. He made his first appearance in The Heckler #2.
