Nhoj and Airam Sappal were the married Green Lanterns of Space Sector 1111 and parents to the one year old Samoht Sappal. Nhoj and Airam were killed by Kryb during her attempted abduction of the Lanterns’ child. The murders of Nhoj and Airam Sappal inspired the Guardians of the Universe to write the Third New Law to the Book of Oa prohibiting romantic relationships between members of the Green Lantern Corps.
