A rich successful playboy who decides to dress up and terrorize those who go out at night, be they criminals or not. Night Justice administers hard justice and rarely leaves anyone conscious afterwards for questioning.Â

When Night Justice takes off his mask, he is Roger Ektum. Mr. Ektum has a nice mansion which he invites many friends who just happen to be boys. He has had many questionable relationships with younger men which all seemed to end abruptly, mainly by death. When not entertaining young suiters, he usually hosts all male costume parties.
