Seiji Kato was part of a kabuki troupe that traveled around the world, seemingly a normal actor Seiji was secretly an assassin hunting for an artifact that was up for auction in L.A. known as the samurais head. Wanting to return the artifact to his homeland, Seiji killed everyone who bid on the item, including the failed assassination of Helena Wayne, which led to his defeat at the hands of the Huntress.
