High level hitman from Detroit. Broke into the peace peace conference organized by Charlie Siciliano after the mob internal struggle triggered by the anouncement of Wilson Fisk’s death in the Daily Bugle. Started shooting at the bosses before the Punisher starts fighting him. He shots the Punisher in his kevlar bulletproof vest. They fight in the subway and Nolo starts shooting at innocent civilians. The Punisher finaly defeats him and Nolo dies behaded by the subway doors.
