Nuro was created by Kurt Busiek and Jerry Ordway in 2000 and first appeared in Maximum Security Dangerous Planet # 1.
Powers & Abilities
Nuro has the ability to stretch and contort his body in ways much like Mr. Fantastic.
He also possesses the shape-shifting abilities inherent to all Skrulls.
