Origin
Olivia Simmons worked as a lab assistant in the United States, but decided to turn to the life of crime and became a super criminal known as Octavia. She also became a member of a group of villains known as The Fearsome Five.
Creation
Octavia was created by Scott Shehi in his High School days. The Comic Bug #2 (in normal wear) Hot Dog Man #1 (in full costume).
Powers and Abilities
Olivia has most powers of the large Octopus. Can shoot high amounts of ink to either blind or confuse an opponent. Has eight arms, and is able to use a form of telepathy.
