Kaz is a police officer in Seattle, who has a crush on Dinah Lance.
In his earlier police work days he stole money from a drug bust. For this his former partner, Vinnie, blackmails him, and he steals evidence of the crime his Vinnie’s nephew committed, attacking and raping a woman. So, Vinnie’s nephew walks free of charges. But Kaz, guilty over letting a guilty man go free, kills Vinnie and his nephew.
