Superpowered agent of the D.E.O. going under the name of Cypher who was later adopted by the Weinberg family when the parent died, he went with his step siblings to find Superman. Later it was reveled that he was a member of the Es but upon learning the truth refused to go to the Es homeworld and stay on Earth.
