Orwell Taylor created The Jury to avenge the death of his son. Orwell first appearance was in Venom Lethal Protector # 1, he appeared in the next issue. Orwell Taylor and the rest of The Jury also faced Spider-Man in some of his issues. His whereabouts are unknown.
