Patricia Dugan is the baby sister to Courtney Whitmore, also known as Stargirl. In current continuity Patricia is an infant. She was killed by the Degaton and the Red Morgue along with the rest of Courtney’s Family. In an adventure back in time to 1951, partially to prevent this tragedy and partially to prevent Degaton from dismantling the JSA, Stargirl is freed from a mental institution by a mysterious figure that turned out to be her baby sister Patricia all grown up and from the future. She is wearing a costume similar to Stargirl’s and calls herself Starwoman. This jailbreak relieves Stargirl because she knows that if Patricia is alive in the future then she and the JSA must succeed in stoping Degaton in the past.
