When Kid Eternity called out the greatest fireman of all time, (he couldn`t think of anyone in particular) Clancy appeared. He`s not a famous person, but those who were saved by him regarded him as the all time greatest fireman.
Was he someone that one or more creators of the story knew? Had heard about? Or is he fictional, only existing in Kid Eternitys world? Who knows?
