Nothing is known about Talmadge Cobbleskill other than the fact that he is a mutant and has had run-ins with American Eagle and U.S.Agent.

Powers & Abilities

Peace-Monger is able to use his mutant ability to siphon off people’s feelings of hate and turn it into physical strength. His power has been shown to not work against those who do not have hate within them; indeed, he loses all power when facing this type of person – both American Eagle and U.S.Agent were seen defeating him for that very reason.
